What you ll do As Project Leader, you will manage engagements of cross-functional, joint BCG / client teams to transform organizations to agile ways of working.
You will be responsible for shaping key insights and thinking about the new model, motivating and managing the BCG team, engaging key clients and ensuring seamless delivery and implementation of the transformation.
You will plan the project delivery, manage to tight timelines and client deliverables, provide hands-on training and coaching on agile concepts.
You will roll up your sleeves with clients to work through both macro and day-to-day problem solving in an agile fashion and often times, you will also work side-
by-side with agile coaches to help our clients develop their internal agile coaching workforce. Individual assignments can last anywhere from two to twelve months or more, depending on the complexity of the challenges and the client's needs.
We usually break each project into modular phases so that our clients see results well before the engagement's end. Assignments normally proceed through three stages over a period of several months : 1) identifying and analyzing opportunities for change and laying out different options for senior management to consider, 2) fleshing out the best options in order to create detailed action plans, and 3) assisting in execution.
