We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant to join Edgewell Personal Care a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men and Jack Black just to name a few!).
This is a perfect role for someone who is looking for an opportunity to provide first class administrative support to our two Senior Leaders based in Solingen.
This is a varied and exciting role focused on North East Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium).
Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Business Director North East Europe, you will be part of our diverse sales and marketing teams and will work pro-actively with the Regional Vice President North Europe to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed on time.
Key responsibilities include : dynamic diary management, setting up and co-ordinating meetings (face to face and via video conference), agenda coordination, drafting Power Point presentations, supporting projects, checking and processing invoices, arranging business travel and planning corporate events.
You will also be required to provide the information flow between the Commercial management team and with other business functions (both internally and externally).
The role demands a great deal of stakeholder involvement, attention to detail, engagement and networking at various levels, so is ideal for someone who can build working long lasting relationships.

Ideally you will have Management Assistant, Team Administration or Office Management experience gained within a very busy and dynamic commercial or Consumer Goods business.
In this role, it is important that you are able to work autonomously, pro-actively, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams.
