You take global process responsibility for digital onboarding and ensure a unique onboarding experience for new employees as well as managers within the BASF Group.
Through your developed policies, processes and materials, you ensure an emotional onboarding from hiring to the end of the probationary period and have a clear view on information, employability and commitment to BASF.
The further development of the digital onboarding platform Enboarder is just as much a part of your tasks as the evaluation of our survey for new employees, including the derivation and implementation of measures.
We love new things : Through market analyses and trend scouting, you identify BASF's requirements and, together with the global onboarding community, derive suitable measures and act as a contact person to provide advice.
In collaboration with Employer Branding as well as Communications, you design and revise HR marketing materials to best prepare new employees for their onboarding.
completed studies or apprenticeship in the HR field, in Communication Sciences or a comparable qualification
