Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process at Pharm-Olam within all business units in EMEA to support proactively the company’s recruitment needs.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA will be working closely with Line Managers and Department Heads on a daily basis to fulfil both their immediate resourcing needs and to proactively build a talent pipeline for all Pharm-Olam departments across multiple geographical locations.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive sourcing and recruiting of both passive and active candidates through various channels : network, social media, internal recommendations, etc.
  • Proactive support of Hiring Managers on a daily basis by managing their expectations and fulfilling resourcing needs.
  • Regular communication with Department Heads and Executive Leadership Team to determine key resourcing needs in the organization and develop the recruitment strategy.
  • Building sourcing strategies proactively across various business units, roles and geographical locations.
  • Performing phone, video and F2F interviews both as a pre-screening part and together with Hiring Managers.
  • Managing Applicant Tracking System.
  • Generating talent and recruitment metrics and reporting when required
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process ensuring the recruitment journey with Pharm-Olam remains on the highest level of proficiency.
  • Working relationships :

  • Typically reports to VP, Global Head of HR or Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Works closely with all Line Managers in EMEA.
  • Works closely with Senior HR Manager, EMEA.
  • Liaise with local HR and Finance teams.
  • Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience at a global Contract Research Organization.
  • Knowledge and experience of iCIMS or similar e-recruitment systems
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proactive approach to sourcing and building relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Focus on constant change-management, improving and creativity.
  • Experience of working in a metric-driven fast paced environment,
  • Very good organizational skills, flexibility and attention to details.
  • Proficiency at MS Office.
