A Day in the Life
We offer you a position where you provide transactional legal support relating to the intellectual property field and be a proactive strategic partner with R&D and business leadership using sound judgment to provide timely, effective advice and develop practical solutions.
You will manage IP operations in EMEA including managing the EMEA patent preparation, prosecution and maintenance operation and budget (including Medtronic’s Intellectual Property Alliance with EMEA patent firms (EMEA MIPA)) and leading professionals such as intellectual property attorneys.
Your responsibility is to develop and support plans to coordinate IP support for EMEA using IP attorneys outside EMEA that are assigned to strategic business groups.
You will focus on operational excellence including continuous improvement of processes.
