The incumbent is excited about building a consumer brand experience. Key areas of focus for this marketer will include leading the ecommerce project roadmap in Europe rooted in consumer insights, understanding consumer behavior and key barriers to adoption.

The incumbent will work very closely with and must be very effective in collaborating with the Senior E-Commerce Manager, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, Regulatory and outside agencies.

Let’s talk about responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of Ecommerce projects with strong vision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Plan, organize and own the Ecommerce Roadmap : work with Senior E-Commerce Manager to create an integrated project plan focused on attaining outlined goals.
  • Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion of allocated projects.
  • Collaborate with the Senior E-Commerce Manager, E-Commerce Product Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure digital solutions are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Effectively identify and manage project issues, risks and escalate where required.
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Post project implementation review, handover and documentation as required.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact, to ensure satisfaction and engagement with the Ecommerce Roadmap.
  • Communicating with team members and key stakeholders in an effective manner.
  • Build, maintain and develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally to align on priorities.
  • Let’s talk about qualifications and experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2 years of experience in an Ecommerce environment
  • 2 years of experience in Project Management
  • English as a primary language (day to day is in English)
  • Understanding of multiple Project Management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM etc)
  • Experience in full project lifecycle (scoping, estimation, end-to-end etc.)
  • Previous experience working for in Ecommerce
  • Good understanding of software development and IT related business operations (full software development lifecycle, UX / UI, Front-End facing projects etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry is a plus.
  • An understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in Europe is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Hybris and Shopify a plus.

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a simple manner to non-specialist audiences. Includes business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation skills and ability to work with a technical team to translate requirements into technical tasks.
