Job description

  • Ensure fast and high quality technical support for the Regions
  • Ensure alignment and good cooperation with internal stakeholders (especially engineering, regions, Technical Issue Management and Service International)
  • Lead and develop a strong team of blade engineers
  • Drive strategic developments and track implementation
  • Maintenance Strategy
  • Customer support
  • Drive development for new service materials, methods and instructions and align these within the Nordex Group organisation
  • Drive the development of documentation with Service and support other Competence Center in developing a documentation management
  • Job requirements

  • University background in mint studies or similar
  • At minimum 2 years of leadership experience, experience in wind industry is a plus
  • Strong project management and leadership / team building skills and experience (minimum of 2 years of experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in documentation creation / management
  • Results driven personality, analytically and strategically sharp
  • Team player enjoying to work in an international environment;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German and / or Spanish is a plus
