Your responsibilities

  • Regularly check and recalculate Re-order points using standardized planning methods (MRP Monitor), maintaining a stable spare parts supply to the medical repair workshops
  • Actively manage and optimize inventories and lot sizes, reducing obsolete and overstocks, define & monitor expiry dates
  • Coordinate the European planner team, driving and aligning MRP improvements (MRP rules, master data parameters etc.)
  • Provide internal consulting on structural and strategic MRP planning issues
  • Support supplier forecasting
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and reports, e.g. stock coverage, derive recommended actions
  • Closely communicate and align with workshop staff
  • Contribute and support in projects, interfacing e.g. with IT for testing
  • Your qualification

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent education
  • Ideally you gained several years of experience in a related international supply chain, procurement or production environment
  • You have a proven record of MRP related experience, preferably using SAP MRP monitor and your skills in MS Office (especially Excel) are exceptional
  • You are a communicative team player with fluent skills in German and English
  • Your strengths are in your analytical skills, attention to detail and conceptual mindset
  • You like to work both independently and as part of a team
  • You are highly self-motivated, well-organized, reliable and a customer-oriented individual, with an interest in medical technologies
