Delivering impactful pre-sales and after-sales application support for AIC’s Time Domain-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (TD-
NMR) and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) product solutions in AIC’s EMEA markets. In this function the candidate has to closely cooperate with the benchtop NMR / EPR sales team.

The candidate has to ensure that AIC’s benchtop NMR / EPR distribution partners are at all times updated on the solution portfolio and trained to successfully represent AIC in the market and contribute to the business growth.
He / she has to closely partner with existing and targeted Key Account Customers in order to shorten the sales cycle, to close a Design-
in and to help identify new and scalable business opportunities. Another important part of the job is to feedback new market or customer requirements to the AIC Benchtop Applications Development team and Benchtop NMR / EPR Product Management in an actable way.
Due to the nature of this job’s tasks and responsibilities, working hours can be irregular and extensive travel is an essential part of the job.
