The Senior Associate will support the line of business systems underpinning the cyber investigations, forensics and proactive security teams.
This involves an understanding of virtualisation, centralised storage systems, cloud PaaS such as Azure and AWS, network security, security monitoring and basic forensic procedures such as acquisition / imaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and maintain designated lab environments for the Kroll Cyber proactive and reactive teams as required, taking particular responsibility for the lab environments based in the EU.
Serve as the primary point of contact between client leads, client counsel, investigators, technical teams, and project managers in order to receive and manage digital evidence, manage evidential integrity and chain of custody.
Manage, the ingestion of data into the appropriate analytical tools or eDiscovery platforms for further processing or analysis by the wider Kroll team.
Assist in the processing of eDiscovery cases and assist the eDiscovery team as appropriate.
Assist in the administration of the RelativityOne platform.
Work in cooperation with the EU and global lab team to deliver insofar as is required a consistent lab experience across all Kroll lab facilities.
Ensure compliance with lab and evidence handling standards, policies and procedures; help develop and improve procedures where appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Security, Computer Science, or other equivalent qualifications and experience
Ideally, hands-on experience in providing eDiscovery and forensic digital lab services
Strong understanding of virtualisation, centralised storage systems, cloud PaaS such as Azure, AWS, network security, security monitoring and basic forensic procedures
Ideally have obtained or is ready to obtain the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification or Relativity One Certified Pro (ROCP)
Excellent verbal and written skills English & German
