Your Tasks

  • Manage the ultimate responsibility for B2B sales
  • Drive the development and execution of a B2B sales strategy
  • Recruit and develop high-quality B2B salespeople and improve sales productivity through coaching and training
  • Develop relationships with B2B customers in the O&P industry to on-board and proactively derive potential to enhance the value proposition
  • Drive the international roll-out tailoring to local market conditions
  • Actively manage the product and service offering based on market demand and in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic eCommerce plan
  • Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior platform and experience for all customers
  • Be the primary advocate for the customer to ensure internal teams prioritize platform enhancements that deliver highest value for customers
  • Your Profile

  • Graduate business degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on eCommerce and sales experience working within a B2B industry
  • Consistent track record of building high-caliber teams and driving sales
  • Experienced in sales and developing relationships with new customers
  • Strong problem solver with ability to motivate colleagues to achieve targets while maintaining high morale and a productive working environment
  • Familiar with agile working methods and the development of agile processes within a start-up environment
  • Leadership skills on effective implementation, hands-on and can-do mentality
