  • Default expert in labor law, advisor hereto to the HR team and internal clients;
  • Owner of end-to-end execution of HR functions;
  • Owner of initiatives as agreed with the HR Director and responsibility for successful delivery;
  • Expert and advisor in all HR practices covering payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations and employee satisfaction, Works Council relations, HR process excellence;
  • Responsibility for achieving HR KPIs and strategic objectives;
  • Identification and implementation of possible process improvements;
  • Exchange with internal clients, diagnosing their needs, and identification and implementation of possible operational improvements;
  • Supporting the HR Director in the development of strategies, plans and KPIs specifications;
  • First contact point for peers from the lines of businesses (LOBs), HR and Corporate Functions;
  • Implementation of targets set together with the Works Council, first contact point for operational escalations;
  • Must have

  • Master Degree; Bachelor Degree;
  • Experience with Employment law and Data Protection,
  • Experience in leading teams, also cross-locations & People management
  • Experience with HR Strategy, Payroll, HR Policies and Procedures
  • Experience with the implementation of Health and Safety themes
  • Self-motivated & independently working approach
  • Leadership, Communication & Motivation Skills,
  • Budget, Compensation and Benefits Management,
  • Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Business Process Management,
  • Languages :

  • English : C2 Proficient
  • German : C2 Proficient
  • Nice to have
