Your Responsibilities :
You are a part of the sales team and the mission is to build up our customer base in the D / A / CH region.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic messaging of Applause Solutions through innovative campaigns.
Collaboration with your Account Executive is vital for success in this role. They will support you in creating a prospecting strategy to drive exceptional results.
Help drive innovation in the BDR business unit through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Heavy utilisation of Salesforce and Salesloft platforms to enhance data intelligence and target high value prospects.
You will represent Applause at Company Events. You will build rapport with attendees by understanding the challenges they are facing in this digital landscape.
Basic Requirements :
Any university degree, preferably in Business, Sales / Marketing or a on the job training in Retail, B2B / B2C Sales or Hospitality
You speak German and English fluently.
You are highly communicative and love to talk to prospects on the phone, via E-Mail or face-to-face.
You are highly proactive, driven, motivated and a quick learner.
You do have first experience in B2B or B2C sales or business development.
You are willing to support our local team in our office in Berlin.
