Description and Requirements
We are seeking an After Point of Sale(APOS) Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA Services Sales team, focused on accelerating growth in our warranty renewals business within SMB Sales for our After Point of Sales Services business in EMEA.
This role is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and growing our APOS business specific to our, small- to medium business and consumer customers.
You will join an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team focused on a key part of our services business. The ideal APOS sales representative will be assertive, goal-oriented, articulate, and possess sound phone and customer-facing skills.
You will work closely with other APOS sales and business teams to drive revenue generation and establish a strong relationship with cross-functional teams and our external partners.
In addition to growing and supporting the APOS SMB business, driving any relevant programs for SMB. You will be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of Lenovo’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and / or renewing contracts.
Depending on the specific segment, this could include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, voice of the customer, and / or revenue retention motions (product / service contract renewals, extension, upsell, and expansion).
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable with several calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
The candidate is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers to sell products / services or renew existing contracts. Responsibilities :
