In this role you will be...

  • Building a media unit of the future : Process, people and hands-on.
  • Proactively seek out new trends and opportunities for our clients, and design, build and pitch custom media solutions.
  • You leverage and build your network to secure the best deals with marketers for Hearts & Science and our clients.
  • Linking online and offline measures, you advise our exciting clients, consult them together with the account teams and lead and develop your team.
  • You analyze campaigns from a brand connected performance perspective, think programmatically and want to deliver not only reach, but also measurable impact for your clients.
  • You enjoy working with the latest tools and are passionate about new digital data sources and attribution.
  • Strategic questions across traditional media silos? You are able to answer them!
  • You have even more ideas on how we can add value to our clients? Perfect!

    What you need to get started?

  • We don't measure experience in years or degrees, but in passion & results!
  • The digital ecosystem is your home.
  • You have an understanding of Digital Video and Programmatic Buying (ATV / CTV) and believe in the future of Programmatic TV.
  • Ideally, you have a basic understanding of classic TV (DRTV).
  • You have expertise in e-commerce and digital brands and an understanding of their needs in Data Driven Total Video.
  • You have experience in common DSPs.
  • You like to work independently and know how to lead employees in a motivating way.
  • Your thinking is analytical, you have an affinity for numbers, your way of working is goal-oriented. And your presentations?
  • Are simply convincing!

    Omnicom Media Group Germany is the German media holding company of Omnicom, one of the world's leading communications, advertising and marketing services groups.

    With the agencies OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science, a total of three media agency networks in Germany belong to our group. From seven locations (Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Ludwigsburg) they advise well-known advertising companies such as McDonald's, Apple, Barilla, Porsche, Canon or Dr.
