Your core tasks :
You identify new sales opportunities and channels for our client in Germany and are significantly responsible for successfully closing deals
You are the owner of the entire customer journey - from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract and beyond that, you are a competent contact person for the customers at all times
You maintain contact with existing customers, but are always on the lookout for the next opportunity
You independently maintain your sales pipeline and ensure that it is correctly mapped in our CRM tool
Through continuous research you develop a feeling for customer and market needs and identify existing as well as new opportunities for us
Through your open and convincing manner, you are able to convincingly introduce the Inviqa portfolio to potential clients and close new partnerships for us.
You will work in direct contact and on an equal footing with our Marketing and Client Services teams on the preparation and implementation of outbound campaigns
In the preparation of events, you will assist in the acquisition of participants and also take part in them on site in order to establish contacts and expand your network
You will work at the interface between our internal teams and external clients, adding real value to them through your experience
You have several years experience in successful outbound lead generation and building sustainable customer relationships, ideally in the IT environment
Experience in e-commerce, consultancy, PIM or CMS sales would be an absolute plus
You don't just enjoy closing deals, you want to provide customers with exactly the right solution
You have excellent communication skills, can also listen actively and have a good feel for the possible challenges of your potential customers
You are organised, structured and manage to set priorities correctly and never lose sight of the big picture
You are a team player, work goal-oriented and show proactivity
You can also think outside the box when it comes to finding new and creative ways to convince the customer the service portfolio of our client can support them in achieving their goals
You are familiar with medium to longer-term sales cycles
You go the extra mile and look for the best solution for your customers in constant coordination with the internal stakeholders
