Job Summary : Support Senior Executive with office responsibilities as well as personal business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Manage Executive’s calendar, scheduling and planning internal and external meetings, conferences and special events Spearhead special projects through information gathering and producing advanced level reports utilizing MS Word and MS Excel Coordinate domestic and international travel Meet strict deadlines in this fast-paced environment with multiple high-priority projects Interpret requests, exercise good judgment, and distribute information appropriately Operate in a discreet and confidential manner, identifying and resolving issues with limited guidance Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive and confidential information Manage and administer Travel and Entertainment expense reporting Receive, review, and record phone, email, and written requests Job Skills Required : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Highly customer service oriented Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work Excellent attention to detail and follow through Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Education / Experience : Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and / or training;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Math Ability : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

    Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
