You have completed an education in IT or have acquired equally relevant work experience in the area :
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy Management
Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop
Software packaging and deployment
Experience in ITIL based process
Very good self-management skills, such as personal organization and time-keeping and the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-
paces environment with shifting priorities
Strong customer service orientation, good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively
Experience with working in virtual environment
Excellent communication skills both in German and English
