I am looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join my client's team in Germany.

My client is a European leader in public cloud infrastructure solutions and cloud-native application services with offices around Europe including Helsinki (HQ), Stockholm, Oslo, London, Munich, Amsterdam, Poznań, Copenhagen, Vienna, Malmö and Jyväskylä.

They are an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, Google Cloud Platform Strategic Partner and a Microsoft Gold Cloud Partner.

In this role you will act as an Azure expert who acts as a technical consultant towards developers and Azure users guiding them in the best use of Azure platform.

In addition, the cloud architect takes part in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions and services for our customers’ needs.

Here, you’ll find yourself participating in various projects, from fresh cloud infrastructure builds and migrations, to security implementations and big data or IoT projects.

A guaranteed 100% of the projects you’ll carry out are public cloud-based.

Gym membership and quarterly team events

You have :

Hands-on Azure knowledge from successful projects

Windows server and / or Linux server administration experience

Good command of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

ARM templating knowhow

Possibility to travel up to 25% in Germany and other locations in Europe

Fluent English-speaking skills and the right to work in the EU

Will be great but not necessary if you have some of the following skills :

DevOps toolkit and attitude

Knowledge of Azure platform services

Terraform knowledge

Knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS)

AD / Azure AD knowledge

Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL)

Knowledge of configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)

Networking know-how

Knowledge of serverless computing

Developer background

Consulting experience

Fluent German

Relevant certifications are appreciated
