Want to drive Strategic Development at ZEISS?

As a Strategist / Business Developer, you will shape the strategic orientation of the ZEISS Group. You will work closely with the Executive Board, the segment heads and other business units.

In Group-wide projects, you will focus on the development and growth opportunities presented by digitalization, internationalization, and mergers & acquisitions.

In this role you analyze the core competencies of ZEISS and identify market potential and trends. In cooperation with Research & Development and the business units you evaluate new technology fields.

Your profile

relevant experience at a top management consultancy, or equivalent experience at an industrial company

degree in physics / mathematics, technology, business administration or a similar discipline; a PhD would be an advantage

you enjoy working in an agile manner as part of networked and interdisciplinary teams

you are passionate about innovation and enthusiastic about new technologies
