To support our newly formed Sales Development UK Team, we are looking for a new :

Teamlead Sales Development UK (f / m / d)

Berlin (CEST) or London (BST), Remote / Full-time / Permanent Contract)

Your Tasks

  • Training, developing, supporting, and motivating the Sales Development Team
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new hires and the coaching of existing employees
  • Weekly reporting’s with regards to the forecasts and team development
  • Client acquisition : attract and assist potential new clients in making the right choice concerning our product portfolio
  • Participate in the optimization of existing processes, aiming for improving the quality of service and commercial dynamics (sales pitch, sales campaign)
  • Working together with Account Executives in supporting the prospects during the sales journey
  • Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or corresponding degree, supplemented by several years of professional experience in the sales area in the UK market
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management position or team leadership function in Sales
  • Experience with common CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Communicative, open, solution- and goal-oriented hands-on personality with a coaching approach to leadership, guiding employees on their development
  • Proficient English, and German language skills are desirable but not mandatory
