Clinomic is a dynamic, fast-growing startup focussed on developing innovative technological solutions for critically ill patients.

We were founded in 2019 as a spin-off of RWTH Aachen and just moved to a brand-new office in the heart of Aachen. We offer a positive collaborative work environment in an interdisciplinary and international team (our working language is English) with flat hierarchies and many attractive perks.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our development team with a focus on building software products for the intensive care patients and clinicians.

Your responsibilities

  • Work on the architecture, design and implementation of our front end
  • Create a user experience focused, fast and reliable conversational interface driven user interface
  • Coordinate our external technical partners for integrations with third party systems
  • Implement the communication with our REST based backend API
  • Creating and Maintaining our architecture and software documentation
  • Guidance / mentorship of junior team members with prospect of leading the product development team in the future
  • Ensure integrity of end product by implementing and maintaining development best practices
  • About you

  • You have worked as a software engineer in industry for a minimum of five years
  • Experience in end-to-end software development from idea to market-ready, tested and maintainable code
  • You are pragmatic in your decisions and know how to avoid scope creep and going down rabbit holes
  • Experience managing our mentoring junior team members
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript and experience with creating user focused web applications
