We are looking to hire a Regional Tender Manager (f / m / d) Europe for our Region Office Europe in Frankfurt.


  • Give support to the country tender management teams and lead tenders as a bid manager
  • Develop competitive proposals for priority accounts and maintain pricing knowledge within the assigned geographical region
  • Create and compile requests for quotation (RFQ), review pricing with bid owners and product managers
  • Respond and assist on RFI / RFQ requests, ensure post bid analysis and received feedback is shared with relevant functions
  • Ensure compliance with tender management processes and guidelines as well as timely, accurate and quality responses
  • Update and maintain bid templates as well as monthly tender data records and follow up on progress of submitted tenders
  • Interface with other functional groups (IT, Product, Key Account etc.) as well as with customers in creating / delivering customer driven services and solutions
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Logistics
  • At least 2-4 years functional knowledge in Air and Ocean Freight
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze RFI and RFQ documents in a timely manner
  • Manage cross-functional interfaces and projects as well as analytical and data mining skills with an eye for detail
  • Result oriented, proactive self-starter, team driven and customer focused
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team with different cultures and to manage cross-functional interfaces
  • Fluent in English and German, another European language is a plus
