  • Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
  • Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community of leaders that will improve the development of the business.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individuals; design talent development methods accordingly. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Drive the landing of organisational culture within your business unit but also the wider EU organisation. - Work closely with the staffing team to ensure top talent is selected.
  • Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor degree with preference in management background (+ CIPD preferred).- 6+ years of HR experience ideally from the Internet / technology industry.

  • Very strong business partnering background working closely with business leaders to manage growth, change and performance.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in management development, organisational design, staffing, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a fast-moving environment.- Self-motivated, diligent and responsive and an ability to adapt quickly.
