As part of Volocopter's Finance team, based in our Headquarters in Bruchsal, Germany, you will support the further growth of the Volocopter Group Accounting and Financial Reporting function.

Then you will fit perfectly into our team as you take on the following responsibilities :
Facilitate the preparation of the monthly IFRS Group financial statements including the technical consolidation, data analysis, and financial notes production
Assist with the preparation of the single-entity German GAAP financial statements
Play a key role in the timely completion of the IFRS Group and local GAAP audits
Contribute to the further development of the financial reporting process
Support the implementation of new systems (e.g., reporting, compliance, data analytics)
Drive the Group-wide implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 15, IFRS 9)
Prepare technical accounting memos and work to continuously improve the Group Accounting Manual
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., Group Accountant, Financial Analyst, Audit Consultant) in an Audit / Accounting advisory practice or a Finance department
Good knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP
Strong experience in Accounting, Audit, and ideally Group consolidation
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Information Technology (Wirtschaftsinformatik)
Further professional qualifications (Bilanzbuchhalter International, CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) and / or project management experience are a plus
Excellent communicator and fluent in English and German. Further languages are a plus.
