Our goal is to double Sales in kitchen from FY21-24 in Germany. We will do this by big initiatives for moving the kitchen business in the future to double sales.

As Business Competence Specialist within the Project team you will strongly contribute to both these growth initiatives.

Your main tasks include :

  • Lead the People Topics for the B2B and Kitchen Initiatives, as a member of the two project teams
  • Lead the design of the Competence Development Approach for both B2B and Kitchen in the units, based on the existing learning offer and involving relevant Stakeholder from SO, People & Culture Market Areas, and Units
  • Design and develop learning solutions, together with Functional Experts, external partners and the People & Culture Business Competence Team
  • Develop the Recruitment and Succession Concept for both B2B and kitchen, together with Functional Experts and the People & Culture Talent Management Team
  • Support local needs analysis and planning of Recruitment, Competence Development and Change Management for and in the units, together with the People & Culture Market Areas
  • Support the units in following-up on local Competence, Succession and Change Management initiatives
  • You will have / you are :

  • A proven track record of working in Competence Development, Recruiting and Succession, as well as Change Management
  • Knowledge of IKEA Change Management Approach and Tools and experience in designing and leading Change Processes
  • Strong communication skills, with both the customer and business in focus.
  • Strong capability to promote cross-functional cooperation and co-creation
  • A strong capability to deliver to promise, by tactical and operational ability and constructive in changing situations
  • Proactive, you enjoy working independently and driving projects forward with plenty of responsibility
  • A passion for and experience of working with home furnishings.
  • Experience from Retail
  • The capability to inspire others and convince them of your ideas and solutions.
