The MuleSoft Solution Engineering (SE) Senior Manager is a critical role to the growth of the MuleSoft business unit in EMEA Central and Eastern Europe.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and developing successful pre-sales teams as well as experience in account strategy and coaching and a desire to plan and implement impactful regional development events.

The successful candidate is a natural leader who loves to build high-growth enterprise software business, driving strategic customer outcomes through both their own experience and, more importantly, through the efforts of their team.

Reporting directly to the Solutions Engineering Director, this person will be a key member of the regional leadership team for MuleSoft.

About You :

A proven track record of success in enterprise infrastructure software selling across the Central European region.

Experience within the integration software domain, preferably specialising in the Integration landscape focussing on iPaaS & APIM.

Consistent success being an invaluable business partner to the leadership team

Inspiring and compelling person who can effectively coach solution engineers and drive team motivation.

Strong problem solver with demonstrated command of outcome based sales models using data and interpersonal skills to drive outcomes.

Consistent record of strategizing complex sales through efficient sales cycles.

Effective in customer facing engagements

Strong career trajectory with a history of top performance in previous roles with a growth mindset.

Effective at building senior and executive relationships with key clients.

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.

g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Main Responsibilities :

30 days :

Rapidly onboard and continue to build and support the regional team through diligent and diverse recruiting activities, hiring, developing and inspiring a complete team of Solutions Engineers.

60 days :

Elevate the pre-sales team and function, including personally driving strategic account engagement combined with local and global market trends.

Account activities will include opportunity coaching, account strategies with an emphasis in helping our customers achieve their intended business outcomes.

Team with regional executives to develop an impactful set of regional development activities including but not limited to workshops, webinars, hackathons, etc.

90 days :

Work with your management team to develop and implement the regional business plan ensuring that your territory achieves and exceeds its fiscal year business measures.
