Gi Group is an international staffing agency with more than 500 locations in 40 countries.
You will manage the accounts of English users via an App and answer all their queries in regards to log in issues, balance and transaction
You will be only in contact with private clients who need advice or support with their account such as fixing problems with their credit cards
You will be the contact person for managing transaction and method of payments as well as dealing with lost credit cards or re-issuing pin codes
In addition you advise on more products like credit cards and update the client account on a daily basis
You have a completed education in commercial or similar areas and have gathered your first experience in customer service
You are fluent in English and have strong written communication skills, and you are able to work autonomously
Highly motivated, team player, friendly and talkative are all the characteristics which form your character
Overall you have good computer skills, for instance MS Office, and are a fast learner
In the beginning you will receive an initial training as well as ongoing trainings to get to know your task field
