Ihre Aufgaben

In your role as "Project Manager / Consultant Inside Sales" (m / f / d), you are part of the Sales Force Effectiveness team and support the regional sales management & the EMEA Business Unit teams to drive efficiency & effectiveness through design, implementation and monitoring of SFE Projects.

Main focus & responsibilities will be :

  • Support the business in successfully steering this additional sales channel, including definition of the strategy, implementation and success measurement
  • Support and lead the scaling of our Digital Sales channel into different regions, product and customer groups
  • Constantly review implementation progress and refine approach as required (agile)
  • Analyze complex data and put together effective concise reports / recommendations while meeting all deadlines
  • Enhance SFE frameworks to increase the effectiveness of a hybrid Sales Forces through regular analysis and optimization of business processes
  • Closely align and review processes and KPIs with regional and business unit stakeholders
  • Be the 'bridge' between BUs and regions
  • Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Successfully completed course of studies in the area of business administrations or comparable
  • Ideally relevant experience in a top tier consulting company or agency
  • Project management knowledge, resilience and ability to work on several parallel work streams
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to lead without authority is preferred
  • Potential experience in / with steering and set-up of sales channels with a particular focus on digital interaction is a plus
  • Deep understanding of commercial processes in the MedTech or comparable industry is preferred
  • Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Profound knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Business Fluent in English (oral and written) another European language is beneficial
