In this context, Zenjob is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Sr. Program Manager, Sales Operations. We are looking for someone with a can-do’ mindset to join us to maximize our B2B funnel success by designing, implementing, and improving scalable Sales Processes and Systems for our growing Sales and Account Management Organization in Germany and Europe.
This position reports to the Director, Sales & Customer Operations and is based in our HQ in Berlin.
Design and operate the customer journey and related business processes, from start to finish
Drive scalability and efficiency through effective sales process architecture, by unifying process, people, and tools (CRM)
Proactively engage and collaborate with our Sales Development, Field Sales and Account Management team members and leaders
Design, implement and track KPIs for sales development, inside sales, field sales and account management
Drive role specific productivity gains via process simplification, tool adoption and enablement efforts leveraging our learning management system
Create segment differentiated approaches for our account base to maximize engagement & coverage with our prospects and customers
Help turn data into insightful stories to support decision making
Help optimize our tool stack with a strong perspective on productivity improvements
At least 5+ years of experience in similar roles in high growth sales teams
Passion for B2B funnel success, pipeline and revenue growth, and the moments ( conversion rates) that matter
Highly analytical, solid problem solver, with a bias for action
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and German
Data-driven approach plus a strong ability to use data to influence strategy across the business
Ability to connect the dots and drive holistic solutions that help us scale
Ideally international experience in multi-cultural environments
Salesforce experience is a must, Salesforce certifications are a plus
Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, et al) is a plus
