In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying open-source, Linux solutions to improve container security in Azure.
You will be collaborating with other engineers to create guidance andgetting buy-in from rest of the company.This position requires strong collaboration across team and organizational boundaries.
Partner with Product managers, business stakeholders and users to understand user pain points deeplyand create innovative solutionsthat delight your customersin an agile developmentenvironment.

4+ years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to : Golang, C / C++, Rust, or Python.
Understanding and experience in core Linux technologies (for example : kernel,,early-boot,systemd,container primitives, filesystems,and / oreBPF)
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with containers, Kubernetes and / or similar technologies
Experience with security engineering fundamentals and practices
Experience with open-source development technologies and practices
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms is a plus
Experience withlarge scale cloud services, distributed systems, components, or feature areas
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to,the following specialized security screenings : Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
