    Digital Media and Project Manager (m / f / d)

    As a Digital Media and Project Manager you will manage media planning operations and digital data driven marketing projects in order to improve media budget effectiveness and efficiency in European markets.

    We in the Marketing team work fast and think smart to conjure up inventive and original ideas. Not only we inspire new audiences to experience our brand and discover our quality products, we also ensure our current customers keep coming back for more.

    We want you to :

  • Manage data driven marketing projects in coordination with agencies, vendors and the local subsidiaries
  • Implement digital media projects in key markets to improve the media effectiveness with a future proof approach
  • Support the management and reporting of media budget in subsidiary markets in coordination with media agency
  • Monitor campaign implementation across media channels, review market’s media plans with agency's media experts for validation
  • Support the development of regional media communication strategies and guidelines to improve the media investment in the local markets with an up-to date digital knowledge
  • Monitor media trends and the competitive environment and apply learnings to the regional campaigns working closely with global agency and media partners
  • Act as single point of contact for media agency partners and work closely together with them for all the media related topics in coordination with the media manager

    You will also need to have :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Media, Economics, Communication or in a related field
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in media planning agency or in-house client team specifically in the digital field
  • Experience in media planning, budget management and operation in main media channels
  • Expertise and experience managing digital media campaigns (e.g. Programmatic Advertising and Paid Search Advertising)
  • Strong knowledge of media metrics used to measure and explain consumer behavior in digital journey
  • Good at multi-tasking and prioritizing projects, effective time management skills
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape, performance marketing and changing consumer habits in a digitalized world
  • International account management in the media agency or in the advertiser side is an advantage
  • Experience in data driven marketing through working with digital advertising tools and structures are expected (i.e. GA360,GA4,DMP,CDP)
  • Up-to date with digital trends and ongoing curiosity for learning new topics
  • Affinity for numbers including a high degree of conscientiousness and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and networking skills across various functions and with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, another European language is an advantage
  • Good command of MS office applications, especially in Excel
