As a member of the R&D team you will work in hardware engineering which is responsible for the development of our bioreactors.

Contribute your technical development skills to our hardware development team by applying your expertise to the development of our microbioreactors, further developing them and analyzing and improving existing solutions while aligning with regulatory requirements.

As a key team member, you will work cross-functionally on programs to develop new products and improve existing laboratory equipment, as well as on customer-facing product facelifts

Responsibilites :

Designing and installing electronic assemblies and performing functional testing, sub-assembly testing, and post-integration system level testing.

Troubleshooting and re-design at component, module or system level.

Optimizing system performance (functional, workflow, and analytical) for prototype devices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics with a major in Electrical Engineering or in a related technical field.

Designing and installing electronic assemblies and performing functional testing, sub-assembly testing, and post-integration system level testing.

Troubleshooting and re-design at component, module or system level.

Optimizing system performance (functional, workflow, and analytical) for prototype devices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Skill in working with internal and external partners in a highly dynamic environment.

It would be a plus if you also have the following :

Experience in programming decentralized controllers would be an advantage (PLC Twincat, C).

Experience in the design of board layouts

Knowledge of fieldbus technology (esp. CAN)
