Keysight’s Services Sales organization have a great opportunity for the right individual to become part of an
exciting and dynamic team!
The Renewals Specialist demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies and is responsible for
renewal of existing agreements and the upselling and cross-selling of the Keysight Portfolio to the entire customer
organization, from technicians to executives. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you influence long-term
strategic direction, whilst building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure the timely and effective
renewal of existing customers agreements.
You lead the development and disciplined execution of the agreement renewal strategy for the assigned territory
to generate business growth opportunities. Navigating complex selling processes you proactively lead customers
through the sales process to close deals. You explore and understand complex customer requirements on a
business and technical level to engage, educate, and ensure customer satisfaction. You develop outstanding
account plans with a deep knowledge of the Keysight services portfolio to build a strong funnel of incremental
business.
What is your assignment?
From our Böblingen office you will be responsible for the renewals within Germany
You cover most of they Keysight businesses and are the specialist withing Keysight (for your colleagues)
and for the customer when it comes to Renewals
Driving communication with the Customers, Account Managers with whom you align strategies, and
Keysight technical staff to ensure continued customer success the heart of our Keysight Leadership
