We are looking for reinforcement in the Battery Management Product Marketing Team. Here you can expect the following exciting tasks :
As Product Manager System Solutions you have the key responsibility to define and drive our strategy for systems based on our next generation of products.
You are responsible to develop and grow the Battery Management products as well as to drive all product related activities.
Your responsibilities :
Define and develop global strategy and plan for BMS system solutions
Drive definition and execution of KPI targets
Drive strategic alliances / partnerships in cooperation with sales and business development across regions and accounts
Accountable for the product marketing activities : strategy, value proposition, positioning, pricing and design-in
Competition analysis : build benchmark messaging and adjust strategy based on competition positioning.
Input and consolidation of marketing reports on product level (5 year market & sales forecast, Pricing Strategy, RFF)
Accountable for the Marcom activities for system solutions
Develop global pricing strategy to maximize sales and margin
Lead global virtual team driving design-in activities at target OEMs
MS Electrical Engineering
Several years of experience within marketing, sales or product management required
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English mandatory) and good cultural awareness
Your experience :
Top notch marketing and / or product management professional with proven track record, successful product placements and launches
Strong background in Automotive Battery Management technical projects
Strong experience on the Automotive supply chains, ecosystem and standards
Strong experience in working in complex ecosystems
Strategic thinker, focus on the big picture
Plays to win, goes above and beyond to win
Takes personal ownership for company’s success
Experience in leading multi-discipline and multi-location teams
True leader, able to convince people
Excellent German and English (must have), optional : French and / or Chinese.
