Global Supply Chain Analyst (f / m / d)

Starting Time : As soon as possible

Location : In the Global Supply Chain area at Heidelber facility or other facilities within Europe

We develop, produce and market food and beverage ingredients at ADM WILD. Our portfolio ranges from natural flavors, extracts and colors, beverage bases and fruit preparations to functional ingredients and food service Solutions.

Your role

Planning, analysis, evaluation of data and processes in the global supply chain

Support in the development and creation of analyses, concepts and process descriptions, especially in connection with our global 1ADM IT project

Implementation of sub-projects from the digitialization strategy in the areas of supply chain and operations

Cross-functional collaboration with other areas of value-chain to define, analyze and develop recommendations based on strategic considerations

Preparation of presentations and holding of presentations for executives in English language

You are enthusiastic about food, healthy nutrition and food trends

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, operations, logistics management, production and process technology;

or comparable training

5 years professional experience, preferably in the process industry and project management

Very good knowledge of MS Office and Sharepoint, SAP knowledge advantageous E2E processes and ERP mindset

Complex or networked analysis and a process-oriented E2E way of thinking

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis results into concrete solutions and packages of measures

Independent, structured and result-oriented working method

Outstanding communication skills and high critical faculties

Very good presentation skills and good written and spoken English
