WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT system clerk or a technical degree (e.g. business informatics)

Ideally, you already have professional experience in e-commerce (e.g. in interface connection)

You are process-oriented and see yourself both internally and externally as a service provider

You can reproduce the dependencies between the applications and databases and use them for research purposes

You have a proactive and committed way of working and find the balance between quality and quantity

The analysis of system landscapes is easy for you

You have already handled customer projects independently

You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working with international teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You determine and take responsibility for the flow and control of individual e-commerce projects - from the first kick-off meeting to go live

You support your colleagues in technical workshops at the customer's site or digitally

Together with your team, you will find the most efficient, customized integration solution

You are responsible for integrating our enterprise customers into the Tradebyte system as quickly as possible, even outside of standard processes

You are actively involved in the transfer of knowledge within your team

Your goal is to understand the customer and their processes so that you can present and implement the best solution
