Your Tasks

  • Ensure proper work procedures and document workflow of Human Resources related tasks
  • Maintain personnel files, master-, transaction- and system data of operational Human Resources
  • Create statistics, evaluations and reports in related to Human Resources
  • Manage and assist in payroll functions in liaison with finance to reconcile payroll related & general ledger accounts
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of all personnel files, employee database and all Human Resources information
  • Assist and handle the recruitment process of applicants & on-boarding tasks of newly recruits as well as duties during the off-boarding process
  • Assist and coordinate miscellaneous Human Resources related activities to assess & improve employee engagement
  • Address employee’s HR related queries, as well as resolve basic or report specific personnel issues to the appropriate parties
  • Your Profile

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Personnel Administration, Business Administration or any related course ideally in the field of Human Resources
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a related field
  • Preferable knowledge in Personnel Administration, Payroll and HR related tools
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Sinhala (Written & Spoken)
  • Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a Can-Do’ attitude
  • Flexible and adapts to new demands
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies and business processes quickly
