Your Role
As Head of Center of Excellence for Data Integration you'll manage and support our team to succeed and deliver excellent data integration services for our customers across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and coach the team of the Center of Excellence for Data integration (CoE DI)
Manage stakeholders of different business and funtional units of Sea-, Air- and Road logistics, Sales & Key Account management including 3rd parties
Balance project demand versus capacity planning to ensure optimal workload allocation (PMO) at requested project delivery date
Focus on team-building and well-being of team members in a physical and virtual setting
Drive the development, performance and SLAs of the CoE
Collaborate on a global levelwith data integration experts to drive innovation
Your Skills and Experiences
MBA or post-secondary degree preferred
Experience in a leadership role with direct reports preferably in an international and virtual environment
Five+ years experience in designing and implementing solutions for customers around supply chain management and collaboration
Experience in data integration projects and technologies is beneficial
Experience working with Agile and Project Management methods, enjoy working in a dynamic team and having a structured and methodical approach to work
Excellent communication and good analytical skills and customer-oriented approach to work
Fluent English languageskills, German language would be beneficial
