Responsible for the development and maintenance of global TÜV SÜD Academy training products in English with a focus on the topic of MHS and medical devices throughout the entire life cycle including the development of a corresponding product portfolio, qualification schemes, product roadmap and strategy.
Evaluate existing products for opportunities to innovate and enlarge global product portfolio, improve our market standing, providing additional benefits to customers
Upgrade suitable training products from local to global products.
Analysis of international customer / market needs and translation into market-oriented products (innovative and digital training concepts, qualification schemes) throughout its life cycle from initial concept, development, launch, world-wide roll-out, maintenance, phase out and migration to next generation products.
Establishment of an internal and external world-wide network of experts, evaluating the business and competitive landscape, understanding customer needs and value drivers, resulting in the identification of product potential.
Coordination with Business Unit Academy countries and other technically involved TÜV SÜD Divisions and Business Units.
Manage negotiations and contracts with vendors, partners and Subject Matter Experts.
Defining and monitoring product related KPIs (financial, quality) to ensure they meet goals for sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Supporting sales teams to consult customers on technically challenging issues and delivering product-related information to marketing for successful marketing campaigns and strategy.
Works with Go-to-Market colleagues on the product launch and market strategy to ensure that our products are successful in the market upon release.
Managing a cross functional team on a technical basis during product development and product roll-out.
A university degree in technical, economical or comparable educational field, ideally with a focus on medical devices or business development
Several years of professional experience in strategic and technical product management
Comprehensive knowledge and ideally proven professional experience in the subject area of medical devices etc.
Passionate about professional adult education; enthusiasm for making content understandable to others (in different formats)
Experience of portfolio planning, product management, product development and solutions related to Academy business as well as a high affinity for conveying knowledge in digital formats
Experience in training business advantageous (setting up, analyzing and further developing training courses)
Structured way of thinking and working, strong communication skills and distinct customer orientation as well as the ability to moderate discussions and conflicts in a result-oriented and constructive manner
Strong Networking Attitude to wield influence externally and internally - ideally with experience and anchoring within the TÜV SÜD network to reach the goals
Experience in working in a multi-cultural and virtual work environment
