Key focus of the role will be to build and develop the Revenue Management (RM) processes by embedding the systems, ways of working and developing local market capabilities.
Take ownership of the regional implementation of the International RM strategy and approach and leveraging finance resources to execute the RM strategy.

Develop RM framework specifically targeted across five key building blocks to provide structure : Market & Portfolio Opportunity Mapping Channel & Pack Architecture Customer Mix and Assortment Customer Investment Promotion Management, evaluation, ROI
Increase the efficiency of Gross-to-Net and strengthen revenue realization of the business to generate fuel to fund continued brand-investments
Engage markets and assess capability maturity and gaps
Develop programs and roadmaps to implement RM framework to capture revenue realization opportunities
Establish an adaptable capability development playbook that supports building RM capabilities
Drive improvements / insights and challenge Status Quo
Identification and implementation of quick wins and process changes
In partnership with commercial organisation, identify specific and measurable scenarios to increase revenue realization and implement best practices
Serve as the trade analytics expert for the region
Develop format to present investment and pricing analytics, modelling methodology and potential solutions to commercial leadership
Work effectively cross functionally, particularly across sales, marketing, pricing, commercial finance & international RM teams
Qualificaion, Experiences and Competencies :
5+ years of previous work experience, preferred in the consumer goods / FMCG industry with an emphasis in market research and / or trade anaysis / price analysis, or in consultancy firms with focus on RM
University degree in Business, Economics or related
Excellent commercial knowledge, experience in Spirits / Beverages is ideal
Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to apply analytic solutions to business problems
Understand balance of how to leverage data for predictive decision-making, and how to trade-off technical vs. practical analytic sophistication
Practical, strategic and creative mindset
Balancing sound analytical capabilities with an entrepreneurial spirit and a direct / agile approach
Experienced in leading change and establishing a standard revenue growth management implementation across the region
Hands-on approach to analysis, with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail
Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives and successfully influence across the organization
Solid presentation skills with experience presenting regularly to senior business leaders
Ability to adapt style to differing cultural & organizational needs
