All this is possible due to our recently started program called Solution Selling. For this EMEA-wide strategic initiative, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager (m / f) Healthcare Solutions.
Oversee the business development of new solutions from idea, concept development, piloting to roll-out
Coach, challenge and support Solution Managers in the development of solutions and the downstream marketing for solutions (segmentation, stakeholder management, value communication, pricing and execution)
Coordinate multiple stakeholders from different functions and regions to support the development and roll-out of new solutions
Identify new opportunities for solutions, develop new solution strategies and business models
Roll-out and further develop our holistic Solution Selling sales and marketing approach
Develop and implement standards incl. processes, tools, methods and templates to support our Solution Development Process and to drive our commercial excellence
Drive the mind-set change from a product driven to a customer / solution-focused company. Support the capacity building of organization and people for Solution Selling on regional and local level
Successfully completed Master’s degree, MBA preferred
Several years of experience with a Solution Selling / Consultative marketing & sales approach
Proven track record of Marketing and Sales in an international (corporate) environment
Broad experience in solution or service businesses in healthcare globally
Experience in identifying solutions and business opportunities and interacting with decision makers on internal and external senior management level
Used to think interdisciplinary from strategy to implementation
Extensive experience in the management and coordination of change projects in marketing & sales
Positive outlook and ability to turn around and maintain high motivation in marketing and sales forces
Goal oriented, entrepreneurial self-driving leader
Work in cross-functional teams of experts and broader (virtual) communities
Excellent English language skills, any other language skills highly welcome
