Manager Operational Excellence (f / m) fulltime / non-tariff Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Management of Operational Excellence Projects Coaching employees and leagership team how to utilise lean / Six Sigma tools and culture Preparation, guide and execution of lean, Six Sigma and KVP projects, incl being the lead of project team, its organization, analysis and optimization of value creation chain and its processes Manage projects aiming for quantifiable improvements and value-

  • departmental to enhance company performance Implemente strategies and procedures to achieve spezifications of time and quantity in production as well as reduction of production costs Conduct and moderate workshops in the context of OE projects Develop solutions and corrective action for ciritical process variation Plan and execute training sessions, drive broad awareness and understanding Preparation, guide and execution of lean, Six Sigma and KVP projects, incl being the lead of project team, its organization, analysis and optimization of value creation chain and its processes OE Culture Function as role model for change management Conceptual design of strategies how to promote our lean culture and continuous improvement process Drive cultural change to a simply excellent way of behavior which is focusses on a networking, open minded learning and continuous improvement culture together with experts and the leadership team Establish close collaboration with the business and process owners Personnel management and personnel development lateral management to achive project objectives Qualifications and Experience Requirements : Completed technical college or university studies with a major in natural science, engineering, supply chain management or a comparable qualification with professional experience of 5+ years;
  • Several years of professional experience in production sector of the process industry are desirable Experience in coaching employees and in consulting business leads in process improvement projects Strong ability to lead and build effective team spirit Proficiency in driving engagement and cultivating innovation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to think out of the box and in networks to capture complex scenarios Knowledge in statistic analytics, big data and / or Business Intelligence solutions (eg.
