We are looking for an intern (m / f) for six months starting immediately or later.

With our team, you have the opportunity not only to gain valuable insight into operational HR, but also to be a part of international HR projects

Your Tasks will be :

  • Support with various matters concerning employees and all associated processes
  • Support with all HR Recruitment Processes from position posting to hiring
  • Participation in job interviews
  • Involvement with the processes of the Talent Management Cycle / Talent Management Conferences
  • Participation in diverse international projects
  • Correspondence with the payroll department (HR Direct)
  • Translation of documents (German / English)
  • Preparing internal presentations and updating forms (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Student (m / f) of Economics, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable field
  • Advanced user of MS Office software(especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in a challenging environment, good communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Work on interesting and dynamic topics in an international team at one of the key suppliers to the automotive industry
