This is a position that would be an integral part of the team responsible for the worldwide compliance management system.
This is an exciting opportunity to have a real influence over the design, implementation and structure of the compliance programme, and will be an all-encompassing role.
Your Responsibilities :
Act as the subject matter expert on all areas of compliance, including, but not limited to, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-
trust, criminal law, Code of Conduct, third party due diligence and trade.
Analysis and implementation of legal (both domestic and globally) obligations, as well as other regulations.
Design and implementation of training materials across the company
Maintain the Ethics Hotline, and support company investigations.
Your Qualifications / Experience :
Completed legal studies (preferably first and second state exams)
Minimum of four years of compliance experience in an international company
Fluency in English and Germany
