WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH :
The Major Enterprise Operations is searching for a Customer Solution Architect to work as technical lead for top customers.
This role will report to Regional Sales Manager Solution Sales. With this role, you will drive and develop the architecture and technical strategy for our customers and most innovative projects.
In collaboration with the dedicated Account Managers, you will drive these top projects with success. To achieve this, we are looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Architect.
Experience in the Enterprise sector and a firm understanding of the challenges running big projects and how we can help monetize and optimize the GTM of our top customers will be key.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
The Customer Solution Architect is responsible for being the primary technical leader for the dedicated customers and align and orchestrate technology, product management, technical specialist teams, service team etc.
to drive these projects with great success.
Developing architecture strategy with Key Technology Partner.
Drive and create outcome based selling motion for the field with strong cross-organization collaboration
Collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams across the Architecture Teams, Sales, Services, and Engineering.
Focus on replicability of the solutions delivered at a customer
Work closely with Cisco s partner s delivery organizations
Developing and implementing ecosystems in order to ensure the delivery and monetization of Cisco s cutting edge solutions with a cross architectural approach in collaboration with Cisco s services organizations
WHO YOU ARE :
Advanced Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Degree required, MBA preferred
Experience working with a Tier 1 partner / channel relationship
Experience of developing and selling complex solutions into the Enterprise Market
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain extensive customer relationships
Good understanding project execution methodologies
Experience in Managed Services projects and lifecycle management preferably gained within a Cisco Partner
Experience in working and successfully integrating into a sales organization that includes Sales (all levels) and the technical community
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional organizations Extensive background and understanding of Cisco Technologies and Service.
Experience with modern IT architectures (cloud architectures, micro services, API, ), consumption models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and related development methodologies from both a technology-
test driven SW development, DevOps, ) and a business-perspective (Scrum, Design Thinking, )
Experience building actionable long and short-term plans based on a deep understanding of the impacts of business and technology trends
Understanding a broad range of customer technologies required
Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
At minimum 3 years experiences within infrastructure projects
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Able to drive deep technology conversations (e. g. on an application level, based on a deep understanding of interfaces and APIs in reflection of Cisco Products, especially like Cisco Spark, Cisco Kinetics)
Experiences of how network and cloud interact, future role of Enterprise Infrastructure, etc. (also considering the customer s application installed base, on LOB applications and data aggregation lakes)
Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to LOB owners as well as technical and executive management.
Ability to network within a client organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
Already demonstrated ability to translate use cases in Cisco technology on a x-architectural level
