We are seeking to recruit a IT Project Manager / Business Analyst for IT Wealth Management, with a focus on web / online systems covering pre-

sales, client onboarding and after-sales.


  • Close cooperation and partner with the business, mainly Distribution & Products and Digital Transformation area, to support the business strategy from an IT perspective, identify and propose solutions for business needs
  • Ensure fit of the proposed solutions with both the business requirements and the group / corporate governance and standards
  • Product Owner role - take over E2E responsibility for IT products portfolio as an essential part of Wealth Management Ecosystem, from technical as well as business perspective
  • Coordinate and prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications jointly with the business owners
  • Create conceptual specifications and application design documents for the own area of responsibility, based on the user requirements
  • Take over domain architecture responsibilities for the Wealth Management space
  • Interact with enterprise architects, integrators, and developers to ensure the technical specifications meet the requirements
  • Support production rollouts through communication and coordination with the responsible departments and suppliers
  • Regularly align with Infrastructure Operations and Production Services to facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth production operations
  • Manage external software vendors and internal clients

  • Experience as IT project management or Product Owner and experience working in agile projects (SCRUM)
  • Business analysis experience in major IT projects, including but not limited to building business cases, requirement analysis, solution proposal, test planning and coordination, and delivery of associated documentations
  • Proven strong analytical skills and client focus
  • Ability to promote ideas and concepts with various stakeholders, from business departments to IT management
  • Ability to describe complex systems and processes clearly and succinctly, in a way that is understandable for business users, colleagues, and implementation partners spread around the globe
  • Strong vendor communication and management skills
  • Experience in Distribution / Sales related digital ecosystems, with a focus on digital customer journeys, data aggregation & advanced analytics
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce) and Content Management Systems (Sitecore) preferable
  • Recent industry experience outside financial services, combined with an interest in financial services and the desire to introduce best practices from other industries into the specific requirements of a financial services institution
  • Relevant Information Technology degree or 5+ years of work experience in this flexible and fast-changing environment
  • Familiar with agile methods & tools (e.g. Jira) for project planning, implementation and project controlling
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Technology : 3-tier web architecture, DevOps tools
